Ingredients
  • 2cups Milk
  • 2tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2cup Cooking Chocolate
  • 2-3tsp Sugar
  • 1/2tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
  1. In a double boiler, melt chocolate until smooth.
  2. Heat milk and when it about to boil, add cocoa powder, sugar and vanilla extract to the boiled milk and mix well until there are no lumps.
  3. Carefully mix in the melted chocolate and whisk until smooth. Let this cool down completely.
  4. Fill the popsicle moulds and put them in the freezer.
  5. When they are semi frozen, insert the ice cream stick and let them set for 6-7hrs in the freezer.
  6. To unmould the fudge pops, run them in water at room temperature and gently remove the pops.
  7. Serve immediately.
