Spice Powders
- 1/4tspCoriander Powder
- 1/4tspCumin Powder
- 1/8tspWhite/Black Pepper Powder
- 1/4tspRed Chilli Powder
- 1/8tspDry Mango Powder/Amchur
- 1/4tspBlack Salt
- 1/4tspGaram Masala Powder
- Salt as needed

Instructions
- First, prepare the green chutney following this recipe.
- Meanwhile, bring 1 tsp Mustard Oil to smoking point. Add peanuts and roast them until golden brown. Remove them onto a plate.
- Prepare rest of the main ingredients and have them assembled.
- In a wide bowl, add puffed rice and all the spice powders. Mix well.
- When ready to serve, add finely chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves and chopped boiled potatoes along with 1 tbsp of green chutney. Add half of roasted peanuts too.
- Mix everything well using a large spoon and finally add rest of the mustard oil. Now add fine sev on top.
- Mix everything well and then sprinkle lemon juice all over the top. Give it a final mix.
- Serve immediately with extra topping of fine sev.
