Slice the ripe Nendran Banana into circles of about half a centimeter thickness. If you slice it too thin, they will char very quickly. And if you slice them too thick, the center will not be caramelized.
In a nonstick pan, heat 1 tsp of ghee. Place the banana slices in such a way that they are not overlapping. Sprinkle half a tsp of sugar on top. Cook on low flame.
In a couple of minutes, banana slices start to turn a darker shade of yellow. Flip them carefully and sprinkle remaining sugar. As both sides turn golden brown, remove from heat.
Serve warm as it is as snack. It can also be served warm with some vanilla ice cream.
