Instructions
Thoroughly clean the Bok Choy multiple times in running water to remove all the dirt, discard any yellowish leaves and chop them into large chunks.
In a thick bottomed pan heat sesame oil. Add finely chopped garlic and fry for 10-20 secs.
Next add chopped onions and fry for 2-3 mins on medium flame.
As the onions begin to turn translucent, add chopped bok choy.
In 2-3 mins, they begin to wilt. Add soy sauce, salt and red chilli flakes.
Cook for another 2-3 mins when the white ends of the bok choy begin turn translucent and shiny, remove from heat.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve hot with
fried rice
or
noodles
