1 cup = 250ml, 1 tablespoon = 15ml, 1 teaspoon = 5ml
Ingredients

Powdered Jaggery

Instructions
In a blender add roasted gram and grind into a fine powder. Remove onto a mixing bowl.
In the same blender add powdered jaggery and cardamoms. Grind into a smooth powder. Remove onto the mixing bowl.
Mix both roughly.
In a small fry pan, heat
ghee
. Add broken cashews and roast until golden.
Pour it over the mixture in the bowl.
When the mixture is hot, use a spoon to combine everything together. It will look crumbly.
As the mixture becomes warm enough to handle, mix it well and take a small portion of the mixture, roll it into a tight laddu.
Repeat this with rest of the mixture and make laddus of desired size when the mixture is warm. If it is too dry, add a few drops of ghee to combine.
Store in an airtight container for upto a week.
