Learn how to make Tamilnadu Street Food style Fruit Mixer – Pazharasam with a quick video recipe. Nostalgic summer juice recipe made with many seasonal fruits and nannari syrup.
Add 2 Bananas Chopped, 1 Apple Chopped, ½ cup Chopped Papaya, ½ cup Pomegranate Pearls, 1 Guava Chopped, 2 Sapota/Chikko Chopped and 2 tablespoon Nannari Syrup into the blender.
Add 2 cups Water and blend the juice for 2-3 mins to the desired consistency.
It should be not very smooth and be slightly textural.
Drain the juice and strain it if required (to remove seeds)
Pour the Fruit mixture juice onto serving glasses.
Top off with cold Badam Milk for added taste and flavor.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Add any seasonal fruits as per availability and preference.
Don’t add any citrus fruits to this juice.
Traditionally this juice is made at once and kept chilled until it is ready to be served.
To keep it vegan, don’t add the badam milk at end.
