Instructions
Peel off the ginger skin and get all the spices required for making tea masala. In a mortar & pestle, crush them well.
In a pot, add the crushed tea masala along with water. Heat it on low flame for 2-3 mins.
Next add tea powder and boil it for 4-5 mins on low flame.
Now add milk and mix it well.
Boil the tea on low flame for 7-10 mins. If the tea boils too soon, stir it quickly using a spoon and let it simmer.
Atlast, add sugar and mix it well.
Strain the tea onto tea cups.
Serve hot with any snacks.
