200 grams Paneer/Cottage Cheese
3 Large Onions
2 Large Ripe Tomatoes
½ teaspoon Cumin Seeds
¾ teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
1 teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder
¾ teaspoon Coriander Powder
Generous Pinch of Cardamom Powder
½ teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
¼ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tablespoon Fresh Cream
3 tablespoon Oil
½ teaspoon Sugar
Salt as needed
Water as needed

Adding fresh cream reduces the spiciness a bit and gives a rich taste to the curry.
This curry is supposed to be a semi gravy/dry. If needed, add water to make it into a gravy.
After adding fresh cream, don’t cook on high heat.
