Instructions
In a pan, add finely chopped strawberries and sugar. Heat it on a low flame.
Next add lemon juice and continue cooking on low flame.
As the sugar melts and strawberries are mushy, gently mash them and keep cooking on low flame.
It begins to thicken in next 10 mins.
As it begins to leave a clean trail when the spoon is dragged across, it is time to remove it from heat.
Pour the jam into sterilized glass jars and allow it to cool. It sets as it cools down. Keep it refrigerated for longer shelf life.
