Paneer Tikka Wrap | Paneer Tikka Kathi Roll
Convenient yet super delicious Paneer Tikka Wrap!
MEASUREMENT
1 cup = 250ml, 1 tablespoon = 15ml, 1 teaspoon = 5ml
Ingredients
- 12 pieces Hariyali Paneer Tikka
- 4 Whole Wheat Laccha Paratha
- ¼ cup Thinly Diced Carrots
- ¼ cup Thinly Diced Cabbage
- ¼ cup Thinly Diced Onions
- Lettuce Leaves as needed
- Lemon Wedges/Juice as needed
- Green Chutney as needed
Instructions
- To the finely diced vegetables, sprinkle lemon juice and salt as needed on top.
- Prepare the laccha paratha- can be homemade or store bought.
- Spread a thin layer of green chutney all over the paratha.
- Next place a layer of lettuce leaves followed by vegetables at the center of the paratha.
- Now place the hariyali paneer tikka on top of the veggies.
- Bring both the ends towards the center and wrap one end of the paratha in aluminum/tin foil.
- Serve immediately with a side of more green chutney, diced onions and lemon wedge.
