In a bowl add cut pineapple pieces, red chilli powder and oil. Mix everything well together and set it aside for 20 mins at the least.
Meanwhile preheat the oven at 180°C for 10-15 mins.
Arrange the pineapple pieces on a skewer, preferable 5 pieces per skewer. Either set the skewers arranged on the automatic rotisserie or place them on a baking dish and rotate them every few mins so that are evenly grilled and roasted. After 15-20 mins, as pineapple pieces look golden and charred at places, remove them from the oven.
Serve hot with Mint Chutney!

Notes
I used very limited (only one) spice. You can add in some ginger garlic paste, cumin and/or coriander powder, a pinch of salt and some chaat masala.
Be cautious if you are adding salt. As the pineapple cooks, it becomes much more tangier and with additional salt, it might be too much.
