Ingredients

(Oregano, Thyme, Parsley & Basil)

Instructions
In a pan, heat olive oil. Add finely chopped garlic and fry for a few seconds. Next add finely chopped onions and fry until translucent.
Add tomato puree and cook for a 3-4 mins on low flame.
Next add fresh cracked black pepper and dried red chilli flakes along with salt and sugar, mix well.
Keep it closed and let it cook on low flame for 6 -7 mins. As the oil begins to ooze out of the edges, add mixed Italian herbs and mix well.
Once cooled down, store into an airtight glass jar. Refrigerate until needed.
