When is the best time to consume fruit juices?
In my opinion, any kind of fresh juices made with fruits and vegetables should be consumed on empty stomach, preferably first thing in the morning on empty stomach. It is preferable to wait for at least 30 minutes before taking a solid breakfast/meal. That said, fruit juices can also be taken any time of the day to keep yourself hydrated. Consuming fresh juices can ensure that your body absorbs maximum nutrients and anti-oxidants. Make sure that there is no added sugar and keep the additional sweeteners like honey to a minimum to retain all the health benefits of fresh juices. Immunity Booster Juice | Pomegranate Orange Juice
Equipment
- Juicer/Blender
MEASUREMENT
1 cup = 250ml, 1 tablespoon = 15ml, 1 teaspoon = 5ml
Ingredients
- 1 cup Pomegranate Pearls
- 1 Orange Peeled & Separated
- 2 inch Ginger Piece
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1.5 tablespoon Honey adjust as needed
- 2 cups Water
Instructions
- In a blender jar, add all the ingredients and blend in regular intervals until the juice is extracted.
- Filter the juice to remove any seeds.
- Serve fresh immediately! Optional to add ice cubes.
